THE WEDDING PARTY

Meet the people by our side on our big day.

  • Black and white photo of a woman with wavy hair sitting on rocks in a desert landscape, holding a round ceramic pot, with a rugged mountain and a few clouds in the sky in the background.

    Melissa Pacifico

    MAID OF HONOR

Brie’s oldest friend turned unofficial family member. Collector of thoughtful, wildly personal gifts for her loved ones and a instant room-brightener. During the wedding you can catch her running around perfecting every detail and again at the afterparty enjoying a cocktail and scream singing to Taylor Swift.

  • Young man with dark curly hair making a peace sign while sweeping a kitchen floor with a broom and dustpan, some spilled debris on the floor.

    Adam Crosby

    BEST MAN

Scott’s first friend, obviously. As adults, Adam is Scott’s first call for advice, guidance, and support. Adam is Mr. Calm, Cool and Collected in every situation and always knows how to make any room into a good time for all.

  • A black and white drawing of a woman with long hair, eyes closed, lips pursed, holding scissors near her hair.

    Renée Sheehan

    MATRON OF HONOR

Brie’s walking advice column and fun-sized confidant, they first bonded over being equally wary of their former coworkers (they were right). They continued building a friendship by spilling their souls to one another over Happy Hour martinis and fries. Extremely frequent fliers on one another’s couches for cozy nights in.

  • A young woman and man standing in a parking lot at night. The woman wears sunglasses, a black jacket, a white crop top, and a long denim skirt. The man holds a stereo speaker and a boombox. They are surrounded by parked cars, and a lit sign reads 'TICKETS' in the background.

    Brandon Levi

    GROOMSMAN

Brandon was Scott’s first friend in college. He is Scott’s part-time ‘doctor’ for all things medical or not and his full-time voice of reason. Quick to fall asleep on the couch, Poppop, as he is affectionately known by the friend group, is also the first to prove the doubters wrong. You can expect to find him mingling and dancing well into the morning after the wedding.

  • Black and white photo of a woman with short curly hair sitting outdoors at night, looking to the side with a slight smile, wearing a collared jacket.

    Maria Faford

    BRIDESMAID

Brie’s former sorority sister and pledge kid. A friend through many seasons and friend groups, and proof that the best people stick. She has a wildly imaginative brain, will always commit to a bit, and has a solution for every minor inconvenience. They were by each other’s sides when they met their husbands - it feels only right that they stand together again on their wedding days.

  • Jamie Wolf

    GROOMSMAN

The kind of person who answers the phone on the first ring and only hangs up when absolutely necessary. Scott’s college roommate and his favorite person to call and chat with. Happy, sad, or just wanting to share a good idea, Jamie is always there to listen and talk it through.

  • Sarah Crosby

    BRIDESMAID

Brie’s new sister in law and unexpected kindred spirit, bonded instantly over their love of reality TV. Once talked with Brie over drinks (accidentally) until past 2 AM. Known for laughing through every game night, fully aware neither of them is taking home a win against the Crosby brothers.

  • Matt Muench

    GROOMSMAN

They met in the back of their Financial Planning class junior year at UD. Scott had forgotten his computer and noticed Matt watching a Champions League game on his. A quick tap on the shoulder, a moved screen, and a great friendship started. Eleven years later, they are former longtime roommates and current business partners. The rest is history.

  • Sarah Fenton

    BRIDESMAID

Friends from high school who became an unmovable force when Brie moved from NYC to Philly toward the end of the pandemic. Sarah is the funniest person and official mayor of any room she walks into. Sarah has stories - many of which she’s been asked not to share at the wedding.

  • Steve Sheehan

    GROOMSMAN

Sometimes friendships just click from the very beginning, though Scott still claims Renee hid Steve from us for years. If he ever goes missing, you can probably find him on the golf course, watching the Eagles, or at the beach. Wherever he is, you can bet he is having the time of his life with a big smile on his face.

  • Rachel Scolnic

    OFFICIANT

Scott met Rachel when he was six months old and she was three months old at JCC. Scott crawled over, hit her, and made her cry! Calls to both sets of parents sparked the beginning of an incredible lifelong friendship. Day care led to elementary school, then middle school, high school, and eventually both attending UD for college. At every step, they were always together.

When Brie first met Rachel, her first impression was Rachel kicking Scott out of the room so they could bond over FaceTime. That friendship stuck like glue. With regular dinners, game nights, and casual hangouts, it quickly felt right that Rachel would be the one to marry Brie and Scott.

  • Johnny Marron

    SOMETHIN’ BLUE

Brie’s out of town wedding date, when it felt too early to ask Scott to join her. Keeper of countless laughs and insides jokes. Always down to giggle at AMC over a scary movie and popcorn.
